Dematerialization of Shares
As a result of the entry into force of the Act on 30 August 2019 amending the Commercial Companies Code Act and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1798) as well as amendments resulting from the Act of 14 May 2020 amending certain acts with respect to protective measures in connection with the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 875), all paper-based share certificates must be submitted to the company so that they can be transformed into electronic form. The documents need to be submitted no later than on 28 February 2020.
The validity of the share certificates issued by the company will expire by law on 1 March 2021. The share certificates will be submitted against a written acknowledgement of receipt issued to the shareholder.
