Requirements
/ Your Skills

  • You have at least 5 years of experience selling IT products
  • You have a natural ability to engage with senior decision-makers and know how to generate and/or discover business needs that can be met with the right solution
  • You understand the business processes taking place in commercial enterprises (manufacturing, distribution, retail)
  • You have worked with large, corporate clients who are listed in the rankings of the strongest brands, e.g. according to Forbes
  • You have experience in selling e-commerce, PIM or omnichannel services and you are perfectly familiar with the solutions of the above-mentioned classes of systems
  • You can easily negotiate, make decisions and cooperate with C-level on a daily basis
  • You have technological knowledge and are able to talk freely, e.g. about the efficiency of solutions
  • You know English at a minimum B2/C1 level, enabling you to freely communicate with foreign customers

Duties
/ Your Role

  • Establishing relationships with new customers from the right target group
  • Conducting business talks, co-creating sales strategies to customers
  • Raising awareness and/or generating customer needs
  • Conducting analyses of requirements for the generated business needs of clients
  • Representing Unity Group with potential clients and at industry events
  • Networking
  • Cooperation with other departments in the company (marketing, presales, delivery)
  • Work based on the sales funnel
