Requirements
/ Your Skills

  • You have at least 5 years of experience selling IT products
  • You have a natural ability to engage with senior decision-makers and know how to generate and/or discover business needs that can be met with the right solution
  • You understand the business processes taking place in commercial enterprises (manufacturing, distribution, retail)
  • You have worked with large, corporate clients who are listed in the rankings of the strongest brands, e.g. according to Forbes
  • You have experience in selling system integration services, dedicated applications, e-commerce, PIM, AI, and you are well-versed in the solutions of the mentioned classes of systems.
  • You can easily negotiate, make decisions and cooperate with C-level on a daily basis
  • You have technological knowledge and are able to talk freely, e.g. about the efficiency of solutions
  • You know English at a minimum B2/C1 level, enabling you to freely communicate with foreign customers

Duties
/ Your Role

  • Active prospecting and client acquisition
  • Comprehensive management of the sales process for omnichannel solutions, including e-commerce, PIM, system integrations, and dedicated applications – from initiating contact to signing the contract
  • Supporting clients in selecting the best solutions that meet their needs
  • Close cooperation with the delivery team, especially during the requirements analysis and project concept development stages
  • Representing our company at industry events
  • Working with CRM and PowerBI systems
