Unity Group and Growthsetters Partner to Bridge the Digital Gap in Finland

Unity Group has signed a cooperation agreement with Growthsetters Oy, Finnish agency founded by Jyväskylä’s growth entrepreneurs. Both companies will be working closely to help organisations in Finland to execute their digital transformation projects, providing both expertise and access to skilled IT professionals.

According to recent reports, thousands of businesses and individuals in Finland are already missing out on delayed digitalisation. On the other hand, finding and acquiring the right technology partner can be a slow and tedious process. The goal of Growthsetters is to reduce technology expertise shortages in the coming years.

As the first step toward closing the digital gap, Growthsetters starts a partnership with Unity Group, Polish software development company employing more than 200 IT professionals in the cities of Wrocław and Kraków.

The co-operation agreement is Growthsetters’ first service idea to relieve coding bottlenecks in Finland. Through this collaboration, Growthsetters and Unity Group aim to provide quality software development expertise for one-off assignments, as well as long-term projects.

We want to simplify the process of acquiring the right IT skills and to speed up its delivery from months to days, no matter if it’s for a small or large organization. Our aim is to remove the barriers to success and we understand the needs of our customers and the experts’ challenges.

We’ve operated for almost ten years in Poland, both in terms of building an office and cooperating with local companies. I’ve known Piotr and Unity Group for five years and I appreciate their organizational culture. They’ve proved to be real technology experts.

Says Juha Harju, Partner at Growthsetters.

The signed cooperation agreement is fully aligned with Unity Group’s strategy. We want to strengthen our international revenue streams through the delivery of high-quality IT projects and services across Europe.

Finland offers a truly inspiring and innovative atmosphere for digital technology initiatives, creating numerous opportunities for our talented engineers to show off their skills and commitment. We’re thus very happy that at the same time we’ll be able to help our Partner to reduce digital expertise shortages in Finland. We believe our collaboration will prove beneficial on all levels and we look forward to commencing work with Finnish companies.
