Competitiveness of Polish furniture through the eyes of Unity Group at the VIII Furniture Congress 

On September 13, Poznań will become the Polish capital of the furniture industry. This is due to the National Furniture Congress – an annual event organized by the Polish Chamber of Commerce of Furniture Manufacturers during the DREMA international trade fair in Poznan.   

 This year’s, already the 8th edition of the Congress, will be held under the slogan “Polish Furniture – Competitive Poland“.  

Unity Group will not be absent from the event. For years, we have been supporting the furniture sector in the digital transformation of trade, and by working with key industry representatives, we keep an eye on emerging challenges and opportunities.   

 During the congress, we will share our know-how and talk about the most relevant challenges for the furniture industry in 2023. We would like to invite you to be a part of it. Save the date on Semptember 13!

13:20 – 13:50 / Cross-border: how does efficient product information management accelerate entries into foreign markets? 

During our presentation, we will talk about what product information management looks like in practice – how it reduces time-to-market and what benefits it brings to the organization. We will discuss the opportunities of product information management that we encounter in the furniture industry and the risks that need to be taken into account at the implementation stage. We will talk about the tools that support product information management (PIM systems) and their key functionalities that improve the development of cross-border strategies.

13:50 – 14:35 / Strategies for tough times! Examples of companies and brands that are resisting the recession! 

During the panel, we will talk about the current challenges of furniture manufacturers, discuss ways to cope with the recession and examples of companies that are resisting the difficult situation in the industry.
