In response to customer needs, we have created a dedicated B2B system with a two-stage structure. The platform facilitates work for both distributors and company showrooms that can place orders via the B2B system directly from the main warehouse of the Tubądzin Group. Our client currently has a very wide product range, and the product catalog includes as many as five own brands. The most important challenge when designing the B2B system was to handle such an extensive sales structure.
Our dedicated system streamlines and reduces transaction costs between entrepreneurs. It also guarantees high performance and scalability. One of the elements of the platform implementation project is integration with internal (e.g. ERP) and external systems (e.g. suppliers). This unique configuration of sales networks was the most interesting challenge that the B2B system we designed had to take into account.
