Requirements
/ Your Skills
- You have working knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- You are no stranger to the topics of application maintenance and non-functional requirements for e-commerce applications
- You know how to manage dependencies and relationships between teams (both internal and external)
- You are characterized by highly developed communication and negotiation skills with a process-oriented approach to running projects
- You have experience in accounting for IT projects
- You have a strong track record of managing diverse IT projects
- You want to develop competencies related to the role of Delivery Manager
- You are very familiar with tools for supporting project management (Jira, Confluence) and MS Excel
Duties
/ Your Role
- Ongoing coordination of project teams with SDLC best practices in mind
- Coordinate collaboration between teams and external stakeholders
- Full responsibility for project billing mechanisms (using MS Excel, and eventually Power BI)
- Supporting Scrum Master and team in daily communication with the client
- Streamlining the communication process and prioritizing tasks within the project, as well as between projects
- Developing the right balance between relational and process approaches

The EURO team is located in Wroclaw and has been invariably working for Poland's largest online consumer electronics and home appliances store since 2005. It is one of the most numerous teams on board Unity Group - it consists of 35 people (i.e. developers, testers, scrum masters), but also the challenge is not small - continuous support of the client's e-shop and the system for sales in stationary stores. This means dozens of integrations of various systems (from payment operators to couriers), handling infrastructure in several geographic locations, coordinating product catalogs, analyzing purchase paths, etc. However, thanks to the interdisciplinary skills of the team, no Black Friday frightens them😉.
Methodology:
We are agile and adapt flexibly to changing needs. The work methodology developed over the years is dedicated to this team and system. It supports the complex development process. In teams closer to maintenance we use kanban, while in development teams it is scrum.
