Requirements
/ Your Skills

  • At least 3 years of experience in terms of designing and analyzing solutions in at least one of these areas: dedicated solutions, e-commerce systems or CMS
  • Experience in designing information architecture, page structures and applications
  • Knowledge of functional and non-functional requisition acqusition techniques
  • An accomplished IT project, acting in the role of an analyst
  • Basic knowledge of integration IT information
  • Very good knowledge of English language (B2) or German (B2)
  • Knowledge of agile methods used in project managment
  • Strong analitycal skills and the ability to draw conclusions and propose adequate solutions
  • Knowledge of CMS systems, Google tools and SEO/SEM
  • Experience in the UX/UI area would be an advantage

Duties
/ Your Role

  • Analyzing clients needs and preparing specifications for business and system requirements
  • Advising clients in picking the right solutions
  • Preparing functional projects
  • Cooperationing with the implementation team, as well as client representation during the implementation of the project - managing the requirements, updating the projects documentation, creating the backlog of labor
  • Supporting the developer team in understanding the objectives, product identification and building engagment
  • Preparing the post-implementation documentaion
  • Managing change
  • Managing user trainings

The team you would become a part of

The Business Analysis Team deals with modeling and optimizing the business processes as well as developing IT solutions that suit the client. Their main goal is very close cooperation and communication with clients, programmers, testers, and administrators.

The team, works from Wrocław, as well as remotely, and consists of 8 people (analysts and the manager). The team is competent in the area of analysis for dedicated systems, Digital Experience platforms, Self-Service platforms, and webpages and is heavily based on agile methods. Key technologies they use are: Microsoft.NET, especially ASP.NET MVC and .Net Core; ReactJS, Xperience by Kentico, web technologies HTML, JavaScript, CSS i XML / XSL. The team works both for Polish and international clients, includingNest Bank, GATX, Onninen, OmniBus, Multimedia.

In the Analysis Team, the atmosphere is very much family-like. Every week there is a meeting, where members of the team exchange experiences, inspirations, and novelties on the market. Due to the smaller amount of people in the team, everyone here feels special and taken care of, and, by the way, it's one of the sparse examples of an IT team, where the gender parity is preserved :)
