Sales Support Specialist

/ Your Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (pre-sales, business development or sales support)
  • The ability to easily meet people and create strong business relations
  • Experience in working with databases and prospecting activities such as cold calling and cold mailing
  • English knowledge at a minimum B2 level

/ Your Role

  • Working with databases to search and gather information regarding market data, industries, sectors and companies
  • Carrying out prospecting activities such as cold calling, cold mailing, and establishing first contact with clients (including reaching out to them on LinkedIn)
  • Qualifying inquiries according to acclaimed criteria in the area of our services and products
  • Supporting the Sales Team in preparing offers and contacting prospective clients

/ To Have

  • Experience in IT solutions, specifically e-commerce, mobile and CRM, would be advantageous
