Requirements
/ Your Skills

  • Knowledge of Polish, English and German, at C1 level
  • At least 3 years of experience in project implementation in the IT area (dedicated projects for clients abroad)
  • Higher education in either Management or IT
  • Experience in as an IT Team Manager or similar position
  • Knowledge and practical skills regarding Project Managment (traditional and agile methodologies)
  • The ability to easily build and maintain great long-term relations with both clients and colleagues
  • The ability to work with external providers
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, MS Office, and Confluence

Duties
/ Your Role

  • Leading IT projects in the area of dedicated B2B/B2C e-commerce solutions
  • Cooperating with major brands mainly on an international level
  • Comprehensive managment of an agile project team, consisting mostly of IT area specialists, as a Line Manager
  • Easily building and maintaing strong, longlasting relationships with clients
  • Ensuring the right quality of delivered projects
  • Performing risk analysis and risk managment in your projects
  • Creating and keeping up with project implementation timetables
  • Managing project budgets
  • Analyzing clients' business requirements and managing the scope of the project

This growing team, which uses Spryker technology, is searching for a Project Manager experienced in IT and international projects, preferably on the DACH market, and a Team Leader who is ready to support the team in cooperation with clients, as well as in the expansion of the company to international markets.
