- You know the IT industry and know how e-commerce ecosystems work
- You are familiar with Magento
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a business analyst position
- You know how to be Agile
- Terms such as UML and BPMN sound familiar to you
Duties

- Recognizing the business needs of clients
- Selection the best solutions for clients
- Cooperation with the implementation team throughout the project
- Supporting the development team in identifying client needs
- Creating project documentation
- Developing and conducting training for clients and system users
- Implementing good practices in the work of the entire analytical team

- Technical background
- Knowledge about the architecture of web applications
- Experience with AWS
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence tools
